What size am I?

You can measure your bust, waist and hips measurements and use a table below to find out your size. Knitwear is very forgiving and most of our items stretch to fit slightly bigger sizes. For example if you wear a size UK8 dress, you might be able to fit into a UK6. However if the waist of that dress is fixed that means it is 65cm or 25.5” and if you are slightly more than that, unfortunately the item would not stretch in a fixed waist.

Can’t find an item I was looking for.

If you can not find an item you are looking for, do not worry. You can either drop us an email onlineshop@kukhareva.com with a description or a photo of an item that you saw and we could produce for you at NO EXTRA COST!

We are also offering Made to Measure services to our clients here.

How do I return an item?

Returning an item couldn’t be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days for UK orders and 30 days for International Orders from the date you have purchased your order to exchange or return. 

Simply take the package to your nearest post office or ship it via other preferred courier. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay taxes and duties on this product.

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Returns across the UK are accepted within 14 days from the day the order is placed.

International return requests are accepted within 30 days from the day the order is placed.

Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of our dispatch date. Before you return something you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving an item and obtain a Return Form by emailing us at onlineshop@kukhareva.com. Please include your original receipt in the returned parcel. You must include your Return Form into the parcel.

All articles being returned from the same order must be returned at the same time in one single shipment. Enclose the completed Return Form with the items. Be sure to keep a copy for your records.

By exchanging the item please indicate on your Return Form the desired model/color or size.

Once we receive the item, we will refund your payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

 

Do I need to register with Ekaterina Kukhareva in order to place an order?

You can shop at Ekaterina Kukhareva without creating an account.

However, please register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits

Does Ekaterina Kukhareva offer a repairs service?

We offer a complimentary repairs service up to 30 days from the date of purchase unless the item was purchased on sale. For further information please email ekaterina@kukhareva.com

 

Can I change or amend my order when it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

If you need to make any amendments, please call customer care on +44(0)7887278948(from a mobile or internationally) for assistance.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package.

If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

Do you ship internationally?

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail (UK) or DHL (International delivery). We do not ship to multiple addresses per order. Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding holidays. All orders will usually ship the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Royal Mail

Royal Mail delivers over 80 million items of mail every working day in the UK.

For the customers from United Kingdom orders will be shipped using Standard Delivery Method (from £4.41 depending on the weight and number of the products ordered). Standard delivery will be made from 3 working days of purchase across the UK.

Please state your daytime delivery address and make sure that someone is present to accept the package. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

DHL

 DHL serves customers in over 220 countries and territories later. As a leader in the international express and logistics industry, DHL specializes in providing customized solutions from a single source.

We do not cover taxes or duty on International shipments outside E.U which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, please read our Return Policy.  Please include your Return Form with the return.

How do I Pay and is it Safe?

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro, Direct Debit and Solo cards. Payment can also be made by PayPal.

All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order. We also reserve the right to cancel your order.                                        

The customer must pay the full price of his order before we will send any part of it.    

We take reasonable care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.

How do I place an order?       

Browse through the site using the search box or by categories until you find the item you wish to purchase.

From the product page select the size / color /quantity you’d like.  Click ‘Add To Cart.’

You can continue shopping by adding more items to your cart.  Click ‘Check Out’ to continue on to the checkout process.

Once you’ve added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the checkout process.  You will have the option of creating a new account, or checking out without an account.  If you chose to check out without creating an account, your information will not be saved.

Items are only held for you once you’ve placed an order.  Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that you will be able to purchase it at a later time. 

You can check the status and history of your order by selecting ‘Your Account’ from the navigation bar at any time and selecting the option History and details of my orders. 

Once you’ve approved and submitted your order in checkout, your credit card or Paypal account will be charged.  An email will be sent to the email address you provided at account setup or on your order form. 

You can cancel your order or make changes by emailing onlineshop@kukhareva.com. Changes or cancellation can only be made if your request is answered before your order is processed. Depending on demand, we may or may not be able to make your requested change. Once your order is processed or shipped, no changes can be made.
